Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Accounts Payable Domain & Soft Skill trainer!

As a Trainer, you will be delivering soft skills and End to End AP Domain sessions to upskill new Hires as part of the Onboarding process and driving upskilling sessions on a need basis.

You will be helping associates become better at building soft skills in a business context and train any new hires on required soft skills to be able to perform their jobs better

Responsibilities

Conduct formal sessions to help front line agents become better with language and soft skills

Training New hires on AP Domain / Fundamental skills (along with the process trainer, using business context and examples)

Good understanding of the process and processing steps, to be able to coach and train employees using examples from the business on Domain

End to End New Hire Onboarding till LTO (License To Operate)

Understanding the training needs for your accounts and coming up with appropriate action plans

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

Proven Presentation Skills. Well versed with PPT and MS Office in general

Proven Strong communication skills & Soft Skills

Must have the ability to work with a team

Willingness to work as a trainer/training coordinator

Flexible and Open to work in shifts

Should be able to handle pressure situations and willing to learn

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

Enthusiastic with Positive energy in driving the goals

Great confidence and a strong go-getter

Some who can do effectively role modelling for the team in terms of personality development

Strong learning acumen

Willing to learn and motivate others to learn

Someone who can make learning fun for employees

Able to work in a 24 x 7 work environment
